Work With Us

At New Beginnings, our recovery programs are delivered by a dedicated interdisciplinary team, each playing a vital role in supporting clients’ mental health and addiction recovery. We are committed to providing a professional, compassionate, and structured environment where clients can thrive.

Medical Doctor (MD)

Our MD conducts comprehensive medical assessments to provide admission clearance. This includes reviewing physical health, screening for mental health concerns, and evaluating all current medications. Following the initial assessment, the MD collaborates with the team to ensure each client is medically stable and ready to begin treatment safely.

Psychiatrist

The Psychiatrist complements the MD’s work by conducting psychiatric evaluations, identifying mental health conditions, and supporting treatment planning. Both assessments serve as essential clearances, ensuring clients are safe and prepared for residential care.

Registered Psychotherapist

The Psychotherapist provides individualized one-on-one counselling and is an integral member of the intake team. They help clients address mental health concerns, develop coping strategies, and create personalized recovery goals, offering consistent support throughout the program.

Administrative Team

Our Admin team ensures the facility operates efficiently, managing scheduling, communications, and client records with accuracy and professionalism. Their work allows the clinical team to focus fully on client care.

Registered Social Worker (RSW)

The RSW facilitates therapeutic group sessions focused on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychosocial education. They guide clients in developing life skills, enhancing emotional regulation, and maintaining progress in recovery.

Group Counsellor

Our Group Counsellors bring lived experience and practical insights to support clients. They lead 12-step discussions, addiction-focused topics, meditation sessions, and peer support groups, creating a relatable and encouraging group environment.

Support Staff

Support Staff assist with clients’ daily needs, including meals, hygiene, and household routines. They maintain a safe and professional environment, foster positive relationships, and ensure the smooth operation of the residential program.
