These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website newbeginningsrecovery.ca (the “Site”), operated by New Beginnings Recovery Home (“New Beginnings”, “we”, “us”, “our”), located at 69 Gradwell Drive, Scarborough, Ontario. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not create a physician–patient, counsellor–client or any other professional relationship between you and New Beginnings.

Submitting a contact, insurance-verification or admissions enquiry form does not guarantee admission, a response within any particular timeframe, or the availability of a bed. Insurance benefit information obtained through our verification process is an estimate only; final coverage decisions rest with your insurer.
Testimonials and recovery stories on this Site reflect the real experiences of individuals who chose to share them. They are shared with consent, may be edited for length or clarity, and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Recovery is individual, and results vary from person to person.

Third-party marks (including CARF, LegitScript, Psychology Today and insurer logos) remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only.
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services, including donation platforms (Zeffy), payment processors (Stripe), video hosting (Google Drive) and community resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of third-party sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Donations made through third-party platforms are subject to those platforms’ terms. Program fees, payment schedules, refund and cancellation terms for treatment services are set out in your individual admission agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Beginnings Recovery Home, its directors, staff and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on its content.
